1. The Factories employing more than 1000 workers are required to submit their plan for approval to Chief Inspector of Factories.
2. A weekly holiday was introduced in the Factories for the first time in the year 1923.
3. Under the Section 41A of the Factories Act, the Site Appraisal Committee shall be constituted once in Once in 5 Year under the chairmanship of Chief Inspector of Factories.
