11. “No dis­crim­i­na­tion to be made while re­cruit­ing men and women work­ers” is given un­der Equal Re­mu­ner­a­tion Act leg­is­la­tions.

15.  One-Half shall be the pro­por­tion of Women amongst the mem­bers ap­pointed in the Ad­vi­sory Com­mit­tee formed un­der The Equal Re­mu­ner­a­tion Act, 1976.


16.  10 shall be the min­i­mum num­ber of per­sons to be ap­pointed in Ad­vi­sory Com­mit­tee un­der the pro­vi­sions of the Equal Re­mu­ner­a­tion Act, 1976.


17.  Ap­pro­pri­ate Gov­ern­ment shall nom­i­nate the mem­bers of Ad­vi­sory Com­mit­tee formed un­der this Act.


18.  The prin­ci­ple of equal pay for equal work is con­tained in Ar­ti­cle 39 Ar­ti­cle of the In­dian Con­sti­tu­tion.


19. The pro­vi­sions of Equal Re­mu­ner­a­tion Act have been ex­tended to All cat­e­gories of em­ploy­ment.


20. Sec­tion 2(g) of the Equal Re­mu­ner­a­tion Act de­fines 'Re­mu­ner­a­tion'.
